We’re based in the heart of the city centre and have a team of over 125 professionals working on exceptional creative and innovative digital campaigns for clients from the pharmaceutical and public sectors. We are proud winners of prestigious awards for creativity, effectiveness and innovation, and due to our continued success and expansion, we have identified a requirement for a new position –Production CoOrdinator.

In this role the successful applicant will:

• Assist in the efficient flow of work from our account and project management teams
• Check and query project schedules where timings are not accurate
• Monitor job progress across the company’s production teams (including creative, development and artwork)

We are keen to hear from applicants who are eager to work in a busy, vibrant agency and who are hungry for a hands-on role. You should be personable; a real team player with first class communication and negotiation abilities. You will need to clearly demonstrate instances where you have used your initiative to problem solve whilst remaining upbeat in a high pressured situation. We feel that this role would really suit someone with a strong background in customer services including retail or in-bound call centre environments.

You’ll work with our Digital Traffic Manager and Production Director to gain an understanding of the environment and procedures; scheduling work for and learning about one team at a time. You will be in a supportive environment and as your understanding of the process increases; so will your responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on and progress in a key role, within a dynamic agency setting.
