In essence, you will be the lead creative and guiding light on all creative projects, working very closely with the CD and studio team to generate creative ideas and concepts for a range of integrated campaigns. A large part of this role will be to guide, mentor and influence a creative team as well as playing a significant part in the development and direction of the creative department. This agency has changed beyond recognition over the last few years and is keen to hire a forward thinking creative who can add value to their continuing success.

You will be involved at board level and be looked upon to contribute to the direction of the business. There is a large emphasis on developing their digital output so it very important you have a demonstrable track record of producing modern and contemporary web based material.
For this role, you are going to need at least three to five years experience in a senior creative role and be comfortable leading and inspiring a team and enjoy the challenge of changing the creative output of the agency. It is important that you are presently in senior agency based creative role and looking for an opportunity which offers genuine long term prospects. People management experience is vastly important and this may suit someone who has occasionally deputised for a Creative Director and now looking to take on such a role permanently. You will also be confident presenting your ideas internally and to existing and new clients - it is not a daily requirement but you will be called upon when a pitch for new or existing business is taking shape.
