This is an exceptional opportunity for a PR & Stakeholder professional to join a key division of this highly successful PLC. They are keen to appoint a ‘Face and Voice’ of the company who will reflect the energy and drive within a business experiencing exceptional growth. This is a key time for this company, and positive PR and Stakeholder messages are essential.
You should have exceptional media relations and stakeholder engagement experience, the field you have worked in is not key to this role, the ability to work with the media at a national level is, as well as communicating with and presenting to senior politicians, the business community and public sector officials, often in a public setting.
You will play an important role in the future communications strategy of the business and work with staff at all levels including senior managers to enhance and protect the reputation of the business. They need someone who is forward thinking, ahead of the game, someone to trust, who people internally and externally turn to get a solid response.
The key element of this role makes this suitable for people with either an agency background, or those from an in-house Press / PR role where they have communicated directly with the press and been hands on. You should have outstanding communication skills and experience of and a real desire to network and speak in public.
