Lead Visual Designer – Manchester - £33-38k
One of the leading digital agencies outside of London are looking for a strong Lead Creative (visual design), to work within their creative team, art directing and executing powerful digital marketing campaigns.
You will be a senior creative, with experience of design and art directing for mobile, online applications and highly interactive web content. You must have experience of working with large (preferably international) brands and be happy to get your hands dirty, as well as mentoring junior designers.
Your portfolio will include pieces of work you have designed both under commercial direction but also personal and experimental pieces (this is often where the greatest creative potential is found). This agency is incredibly fussy about who they hire (especially from a creative point of view), so your portfolio must WOW and not be run-of-the-mill.
Ideally, you will come from a top digital or integrated agency (you must not be a creative who has done some digital – you must live and breathe digital to get on well here). However, applications will also be considered from major client-side organisations (especially if you have strong UX/UE experience).
