They are urgently looking for an online marketing manager drive leads and sales from their portal by driving relevant qualified traffic through to their site. Using the various online marketing channels and looking to tap into new areas, they are keen to continue growing their customer base. Key elements of the right person will be:

- 3 years + experience with a relevant degree
- Track record of success in digital marketing
- Fundamental understanding of customer journeys and decision making
- Good SEO knowledge is preferable
- Understanding of analytical software
- Create responsive and compelling copy
- Can negotiate with internal stakeholders and agencies

You’ll need to:

- Create and agree the advertising and communications plans which focuses on targets to drive traffic, leads and sales.
- Maximise conversion rates by optimising the website
- Use web development to help deliver these solutions and assist business development
- Create and deliver content to help deliver objectives
- Plan tactical and strategic campaigns to assist with sales objectives
