Denholm’s client, a leading brand in financial services, is keen to hear from experienced UX candidates. This opportunity will allow you to spend the majority of your time reviewing current websites or applications and making proposals/recommendations as to how the user experience can be improved. Candidates will be considered from any industry so long as you have proven, direct UX experience.

Typical duties:

•Review ‘usability’ best practice and feed back to the wider team
•Contribute towards achieving an increase in website applications
•Contribute towards ensuring ‘exits’ on the website reduce
•Work closely with the data analytics area, proposing solutions

Required Experience / Skills:

•Proven UX experience as well as wire-framing, using Axure or proto-typing software
•Familiarity with web analytics
•A strong understanding of the internet, usability trends and developments in financial services
•Excellent communications skills
•The ability to ‘think solution’
