Senior Digital AM required by an integrated marketing agency that has created an enviable set of credentials and a reputation for first-class client service and creative excellence.
The key function of this role is to contribute to the continual development of this agency's digital offering, including direct responsibility for the agency's key accounts which span a wide range of sectors. Essentially, you'll ensure the provision of excellent standards of service to clients, paving the way for continued growth and profitability.
Needless to say, you will be involved in all digital projects from concept to completion, creating and implementing 'winning' strategies for existing clients, as well as involvement in new business projects, preparing pitches and presenting to potential new clients. Typical projects will cover Ecommerce sites, apps, mobile sites and bespoke programming projects.
Suitable candidates will have gained expertise in an agency environment and will be comfortable operating at a senior level. It is very important that you have a very strong technical understanding of projects and it may be plausible that you started your career in a technical discipline prior to moving into an account handling capacity.
You will be hands-on, able to offer a fresh approach to the business, coupled with a solid technical understanding of developing digital projects and how they align themselves with conventional marketing campaigns.
On a personal level, you will be someone who will work actively to grow accounts, is strong strategically, presentable at board level and is not afraid to get their hands dirty when necessary in the delivery of projects.
