They're looking for an Account Director. This is most likely to be a contract role to cover a maternity leave, however, they are currently winning several new pieces of business so they are open to considering the possibility of permanent too (which will increase their pool of candidates to choose from ). What is critical is that you can demonstrate a proven track record in strategy and planning at a senior level. The agency is well supplied with hands on project and account handlers so the role does require a strategic heavyweight to add value to their existing team. The mix of work is very varied. They work through the line encompassing Advertising, Direct Marketing, Digital, Sales Promotion and Branding & Design. Digital is a fast growing area within the business and it's essential that you have some exposure to managing online strategy.
