We are looking for a Junior Web Developer ideally with two years web development experience to support the lead developer. Ideal too, is if you have been working in an agency environment on a variety of projects. But, essential
experience and skills include experience within a Test Driven Environment; Database coding experience with PHP/MySQL; development of bespoke CMS and Open-Source CMS solutions; development of cross browser UI with CSS/HTML/XHTML, Ajax and Javascript. Aside from these technical capabilities you will fit in well here if you are very passionate about development and are able to articulate complex technical issues in plain english to work effectively with wider teams and have a friendly, positive, confident manner.
