Denholm’s client are a major brand within the Financial Services sector and are looking for someone to take up a 12 month contract. You will take responsibility for the co-ordination of the production of a range of marketing communications.
The role will be varied and key responsibilities include:
•Draft or update marketing communications
•Proof read and technical-check marketing communications
•Coordinate new and updated marketing communications through the financial promotions approval circuit, taking on board stakeholder feedback
•Manage reprints of marketing communications
•Maintain an up-to-date awareness of developments in the Investment Markets
•To maintain an up-to-date awareness and understanding of Financial Promotions guidance from the FSA, taking into account its impact on marketing communications with assistance from the Compliance team
•To contribute ideas and proposals on marketing activity
•To maintain appropriate compliance records according to department procedures
You will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of developing and producing marketing communications, preferably in the financial services sector. Marketing related qualifications would be beneficial but not essential but you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a good attention to detail. You will be working to tight deadlines and with good project management skills be able to juggle a number of task at the same time. You will also have a good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
