A fantastic Nottingham based design agency is looking for two Middleweight Designers to work across branding retail accounts.

You’ll need a portfolio full of crisp branding, preferably biased to the retail sector. You’ll be able to spot an idea and bring it to life. This role is for a real conceptual/ideas creative, there is a separate team which will take care of artwork.

You’ll be good at taking direction for the Senior Designers and developing an idea along to pass over to the artwork team. You’ll also be comfortable taking the lead on your own projects, fully dissecting a brief, considering the customer journey and delivering innovative creative solutions.

Joining this agency, you’ll get to work in fantastic offices amongst a mix of highly creative and down to earth individual. Although they harbour some big brands and deliver highly successful campaigns, there are no ego, a very approachable management team and a good social scene.
