As Client Services Director you will be take the lead in strategy planning, development and evaluation, presenting to stakeholders and clients, monitoring and analysing market trends, as well as developing integrated marketing campaigns, launching new products, and being responsible for financial budgeting and brand ownership. You must be an exceptional communicator with a calm, presentable and organised manner in order to meet and maximise client expectations and manage those around you efficiently and effectively.
Your background will be from a business to business environment and previous agency experience is essential. So who will fit the bill? You could be an experienced Account Director looking and ready for the next step or you may be an established Client Director ready for a fresh challenge. You must have proven agency b2b experience, as well as being driven and hardworking and passionate, and have superb communications skills, and strong people management experience.
