CREATIVE DIRECTOR

This full service agency based in Leeds is looking for a Senior Creative Director to take the helm of their creative team, and help them achieve their ambitions to become a Top 10 agency delivering award winning work. The agency specializes in Retail Marketing, so it is essential that any candidate interested in the role can demonstrate their knowledge of the industry.

They need someone who has the skills and capacity to direct the team from a truly integrated perspective.

Not for the faint-hearted, this is a role which will demand much of the successful candidate as they play their part in taking the agency into the next step of its evolution.

You will need to be all of these things rolled into one :

• Come from a ‘known’ integrated agency background
• A creative champion both internally and externally
• An awesome presenter of ideas and concepts; able to sway opinion
• Be an expert presence at major pitches and presentations
• Understand the commercial realities of the creative offering
• Have a background that inspires the confidence of both colleagues and clients
• Have the stamina, determination and drive to achieve major objectives
• Willing and able to embrace change and development
