Job Description

A Marketing Account Director with experience in data-driven digital and b2b marketing is much needed at this thriving and growing Marketing Agency in West Oxfordshire, easily accessible from parts of Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Warwickshire.

This role will suit an Agency Account Director, looking for a fresh challenge in a medium sized agency with true marketeers. You will be working mainly on one key account, with multiple stakeholders across the global organisation. Your role will be taking the lead on B2B business, with support from a Senior Account Manager and Account Executive, with a remit to grow the business in terms of identifying new opportunities and service efficiencies.

Being a medium sized agency, it's all hands on deck and you will be required to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in with the rest of the team when required. This will be music to the ears of an Account Director who likes the variety and balance of strategic focus, campaign planning and, at times, delivery. It's the same for everyone!

We need a problem solver. Someone who wants to improve things and make a difference. An ambitious, yet down to earth individual. You need to come from a Marketing Agency that has in-house creative teams. You also need to really know the digital space and data driven marketing.

You will get to work in a hardworking, yet relaxed, environment in beautiful countryside with free parking!

Our client is willing to pay well for the right person. If you would like to apply for the role of Marketing Account Director please send your cv to us.
