Our client is a well-respected and established full service agency with an enviable client roster. Due to increased workload they are keen to make the addition of a confident and dedicated Account Director to their team.

Working closely with the Head of Client Services this is the perfect opportunity for those who have already gained experience within an agency environment as a trusted Manager and have experience of working on large clients to develop their skills in a busy but creative environment with the support of an experienced and dedicated team around you.

The core purpose of this position is to independently develop and manage creative, branding and marketing strategy and projects through the studio to deadline and budget. As such you should have a track record of developing strong ideas and creative solutions along with well-rounded management skills – our client are keen to find someone with a personality which shines both internally with the team as well as with clients on the phone and in meetings.

Working on multiple projects with tight deadlines, it’s vitally important as Account Director you can keep a cool head and solve problems as they arise.

Experience of building strong relationships with clients and pulling together strong pitches and ideas is a must along with a savvy eye for creating added value and ensuring our client work cost effectively.
