My client is a global digital communications agency with offices worldwide. They operate within the pharmaceutical / healthcare industries on behalf of a wide range of blue chip clients and are now looking to bolster their permanent team with a Senior Development Lead.

The Senior Development Lead role will encompass on average 50% of time developing and 50% of time managing and supporting the Software Developers. Programming and development in the following technologies: NET (4.0), C#, SQL Server 2000 or later, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Web Services , HTML 5 as well as software testing and liaison with internal teams and clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Strong experience in Flash• Highly skilled in .NET (4.0) using C#
• Highly skilled in SQL Server 2000 or later,
• Strong CSS 3 and JavaScript skills
• Strong HTML 5 skills
• Strong AJAX, Web Services
• Experience of liaison with business teams and client interaction.
• Experience in product specification, technical design and architecture.
• Proven track record in development within a commercial setting
• Good experience in leading other individuals and teams

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
• Hands on experience of Microsoft MVC within a commercial setting
• Development within the EKTRON CMS,
• Experience of producing Mobile solutions using technologies such as Phone Gap, JQTouch

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS EXPERIENCE
• Graphic Design experience, use of Adobe Photoshop.
• Knowledge and development experience of Adobe Flash Action Scripting a major advantage.
