Job Description:
As a result of continued success they are looking for a talented Digital Account Director to take on management of a growing number of clients.
The Digital Account Director is responsible for senior client contact, managing client communications & expectations & growing your accounts through business development.
A key part of the role also involves interpreting client needs to the Client Services Team who will deliver the strategy that you have formulated with the Head of SEO and/or Head of Paid Search and Affiliates.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintain and develop highest standards of client relations & client engagement through regular contact.
• Management of client requirements, objectives & expectations.
• Ownership of the clients strategy alongside the Heads of Department.
• Managing between £40k - £60k of client account retainers or between 10- 20 client relationships.
• Finding new opportunities within existing clients & upselling where the client’s business will benefit from improved ROI.
• Work with Operations Director to ensure all client services work is planned in and understood.
• Excellent commercial acumen and revenue driven.
• Ensure clients receive quality regular updates & reports showing project plans, objectives, KPI’s, work completed & results.
• Reflect the agencies ambition and vision in all work.
Skills:
Applicants will have at least 4-5 years experience working in an Account Management & business development role for a web marketing agency. They need confident, hard working people who are excited about the prospect of playing a major role within a fast growing business.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Strong account management, relationship building & client facing skills.
• Strong knowledge of all things web particularly SEO but also including PPC, Affiliate, Social & other Internet Marketing Activities.
• Strong communication ability at all levels.
• Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills.
• Strong business development & sales skills.
• Ability to build relationships & rapport with clients.
• Strong commercial acumen & ability to understand a clients business needs.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage several simultaneous projects.
• A passion for web marketing.

Required Qualifications:
