This group have been established for five years or so but they’re constantly evolving and have an enviable client list containing aspirational alcoholic drinks, bars and sports and leisure brands. They are keen to find someone to lead and help develop their Digital offering working across their whole client base.

You could be an experienced AD in small agency or an up and coming Producer in a larger agency, either way you will need to be ambitious and highly motivated, you’re possibly even thinking about setting up on your own right now.

The people that work in this group are, ambitious, articulate, creative, team players with a sense of fun and a positive attitude. They want to find more people like them, the type of people that are able to think on their feet, handle more than one project at any one time and impress clients with their creative ideas and consistency in delivery.

The skills and experience sought

. 3 or more year’s digital agency experience

. Extensive knowledge of social media and digital marketing

. Existing relationships with web developers

. Retail, leisure or FMCG sector experience

. Potential management of a small team

. Experience of running multi-million £ digital accounts

. Ability to take a digital brief and know quickly how best to execute it (what channels will work best and why)
