I am working exclusively with a great full-service agency who are on the lookout for a Creative Director to join their rapidly growing studio team. This agency is located just outside of Leicester City Centre and due to its location, they are reachable by car and by public transport from Coventry, Birmingham, Nottingham and Northampton.
Working within the most amazing, newly refurbished office space, in a very old converted church you will be the linchpin that brings the creative team together. Working collaboratively is what makes this agency tick, as well as some good music, excellent socials and great benefits. They are looking for a Creative Director to inspire, grow and help their team reach new creative heights.
This agency has a client list that you will absolutely be impressed with, mainly within the retail, fashion and outdoor sports sectors. Working on a wide variety of projects you and your team will work across everything from brand positioning, retail design, exhibition/stand design and graphic design, print, digital, film and animation. You will need to be used to working in a fast paced agency working on many projects at any time as this agency is definitely gathering speed.
You must be a strategic thinker as well as an ideas generator and you must be more than comfortable confidently communicating to your fellow colleagues and clients when required. You must have a love and passion for all things creative and you can’t be afraid of pushing the boundaries on any project large or small.
* You must be an expert in the Adobe Creative Suite this includes Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
* You must have had experience working across branding and identity, literature and creative advertising.
* You must have experience in brand positioning and strategy.
* You will have had experience managing and mentoring in a previous role.
* You must be able to take an idea and roll it out across a wide variety of touch points.
To be considered for the role of Creative Director you must submit a portfolio that has a range of work from Graphic Communications to retail in store and advertising. Overall I am looking for an all-round outstanding designer who can take a brief from initial concept all the way through to finished design.
