Specific responsibilities will include:
- case study creation
- sales and marketing reference
- help-desk support
- customer reference database management
- customer reference programme consultancy
- incentive and reward programmes
- e-newsletters and other comms
A B2B marketing/PR agency background would be ideal for this position, and strong communication (written and verbal), organisation and project management skills are required, as is experience in managing the creation of content. Experience in technology or corporate comms would be useful, but what really counts is a positive approach, a strong customer service ethic, and a belief in the power of customer advocacy!
