This successful TTL agency is looking to boost its client services team with the appointment of an additional account manager/SAM to help manage their increasing workload.

Working in a fast-moving environment, to tight deadlines, your main responsibility will be client liaison and managing projects through to completion, ensuring that both client needs and agency standards are achieved, and also that work is completed on time, to budget and in line with agreed objectives.

Suitable candidates for this role will have a good all-round knowledge (particularly digital and eCRM), 4+ years' experience in a marketing agency, and strong organisation, co-ordination and communication skills, together with a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop strong relationships at all levels - both internally and externally. A good level of strategic and commercial awareness, and a passion for creativity, are also essential.
