Who We Are:

The Merkle | Periscopix web analytics team is a rapidly expanding part our business and one of the most established and highly respected in the UK. We partner closely with Google and are currently the largest Google Analytics Premium Reseller in the UK.

As such we work with a broad range of clients from any sector you could imagine. Our team structure allows you to get hands on experience with so many different data-sets that you quickly become adept at understanding a wide range of business and their commercial models. On any given day, you could be working with a global ecommerce brand in the morning and a local services consultancy in the afternoon.

The Team:

The position is part of the Merkle | Periscopix audience management team that implements, executes and drives audience strategy and targeting for UK, European and global brands. The team leverages all leading DMP platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager, Oracle BlueKai, Google Audience Center, Rocket Fuel, and Krux. The team works closely with our Customer Strategy, Direct Marketing and digital media teams to give DMP execution a focus on actionability and profit. Audience management is a key competency within Merkle globally.  We are helping clients realise the value from their customer data by informing outbound media targeting as well as inbound channel personalisation.

This team is growing rapidly, with clients across Financial Services, Entertainment providers, FMCG, Retail and Pharma. Our team members consist of analytics, data science and digital technology and media experts.

What are we looking for?

Lead the implementation and audience development of data management platforms (DMP’s)
Conduct DMP audience management for paid and owned media, cross channel customer engagement, testing and measurement
Conduct analyses using different data sources to develop audience based testing.
Work with internal or external data management teams to collect online data, support data onboarding and data integration
Job Experience:

Hands-on experience with DMPs is highly preferred
Substantial experience in digital analytics or related technology discipline
Hands on experience creating insights from using digital data (Ex. Omniture, DoubleClick)
Experience in optimisation of digital media campaigns (search, display, email) or site optimisation using site analytics tools
Experience with DSPs, 3rd party data, ad serving, real-time bidding, and ad exchanges.
Digital agency, consulting, or ad tech experience required
Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with DMPs
Substantial experience in digital analytics or related technology discipline
Experience in optimisation of digital media campaigns (search, display, email) or site optimisation
Digital agency CRM database, consulting, or Martech or ad tech experience preferred
