Fabulous Opportunity for an experienced Designer with a luxury cosmetics and toiletries retailer based on the South Coast to join their head office team to work on a wide variety of projects and touch points.                    

As designer, you must have experience of working from a creative/design brief to deliver original creative design solutions for digital and print from scratch as well as taking the design through to artwork maintaining brand guidelines along with the upmost of respect and attention to detail given.


This creative role has a very broad stretch across all departments and business needs and it is pivotal to company growth and achievements, brand strength, awareness and recognition.

Brand Strategy

  • To work with and take guidance from Executive Directors to develop creative and strategic plans and objectives for all brand products, collateral and tools both internally and externally.
  • To expedite all related tasks to ensure all brand guidelines and disciplines are well maintained and adhered to.


Creative Design Management

To manage accordingly all design and development aspects across the company as follows:

  • Campaign design and development: management of website deliverables and of all visual aspects for each month’s marketing plans
  • Design and development of web home page
  • Design & support of email campaigns look and feel
  • Development of social media styling by campaign
  • Input into photography briefing and styling
  • Brochure development
  • POS and related elements of customer facing promotion
  • Bespoke Corporate design and development
  • Corporate identity and brand guidelines
  • Advertising consumer and trade
  • Exhibitions and event displays
  • Improvement and ownership of our fulfilling of all creative resources
  • Challenge thinking and work to make the company  the most alluring and captivating brand in our sector


Creative Development

To ensure the company stays ahead of the field. To challenge the look, feel and communication of our brand constantly looking for ways to improve visual


Artwork Management

  • To ensure all designs (not product artwork – this is outsourced) are art-worked effectively for clear understanding and print perfection
  • To be responsible for checking and signing off colour and production proofs


Project Management

  • To manage all project time lines to ensure we meet all deadlines
  • To be cost aware and ensure we keep within budgets set
  •  Provide visual mocks and 3D elements to test concepts and ideas when required



  • To ensure related internal and external colleagues are fully up to speed with status of all projects and aware of actions required
  • To effectively manage feedback and expedite projects with external suppliers
  • To take full responsibility of and raise risk where relevant to any project you are involved in
  • To be the main point of contact for the company's Design requirements i.e. the provision of images and logos
  • To work closely with Marketing to ensure we excel and exceed expectations all the time



  • To be flexible and amenable to carry out other duties from time to time when requested.
  • Be able to pull rabbits out of hats when needed
  •  Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts always challenging and evolving
  • To understand and fully abide by “The Company We See”
  • To be respectful of colleagues and office equilibrium
  •  Always make a good pass to colleagues and suppliers
