How exciting to think that the future of 3D printing will enable people to print objects and products from their own home. If this materialises it means that many people will be able to access, download and print everyday objects - need a money box, just print one from home.  

The question is how far will this go in terms of IP ownership? Ultimately this could result in companies having to rethink their strategies if their products/identities are being stolen and printed - this may be an end of an era!
