This is the first time TouchNote has featured customers in an advertising campaign. It follows the recent rebrand, which included extensive research with customers.

A common theme emerging from interviews was that customers use TouchNote as an easy and fun way to be thoughtful. This inspired the brand’s new ‘thoughtful’ bubble logo and the new tagline ‘Keep in TouchNote’.

TouchNote aims to be an accessible, emotional and long-lasting method of communication, with thoughtful products to send and share. Additional features and products will soon be launched to complement and reinforce the company’s new identity. TouchNote has helped people send over nine million postcards to date and the company has offices in Los Angeles and London.
