Thorntons rolled out its new Christmas ad in collaboration with charity Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA) to raise awareness about the charity
The spot 'Pass the Love on' opens with a young man on his way home for Christmas when he halts his taxi to buy a pack of Thorntons Continental. It is later revealed that the young man is a naval officer who is home on leave to meet his fiance's family for the first time and gifts them the Thorntons box.
