LA-based business transformation agency Phenomenon helped Nationstar Mortgage, the largest non-bank mortgage servicer in the US, transform its company to now be known as Mr. Cooper. The new name is the tangible expression of Nationstar’s complete dedication to adding a personal touch to the process for its customers, truly putting “service” back in the mortgage service industry.

Phenomenon created a national ad campaign to support the announcement and introduce the Mr. Cooper brand. The campaign includes three videos, digital assets to be used across FB (paid and owned), display and YouTube pre-roll.

In addition to the campaign, Phenomenon partnered with Nationstar for rebranding efforts, including helping to name Mr. Cooper; creating the brand's identity, look/feel and all brand assets; redesigning and assisting the brand in rebuilding their entire web platform and mobile app; the designing of direct mail, email, buck slips (pieces that go inside billing statements) and redesigning the monthly billing statements in order to make it more customer friendly.
