Featuring a comedic cast of characters, the new Zulily campaign reinforces the company's mission of bringing its customers ‘Something Special Every Day.’

The brand is taking on a tonal shift to embrace the absurd with a multi-platform new campaign (TV, social) designed to highlight what's different about their retail brand and the discovery process they provide for customers. Because Zulily's process is curated for every user, each subscriber can get served up some pretty crazy stuff. This insight led to a very funny series of videos that are an extreme departure for a brand usually focused on more straightforward stories of their shoppers.

The campaign breaks the fourth wall to include the announcer talking to the customers, giving them advice on how to use Zulily to better their lives, with comic results.
