The Times of India metro supplement for Indian city Kolkata, Calcutta Times has released a film to help end gender bias and division in the society.

Narrating their own struggles are a widower and transgender as they have always been kept out of traditions. However, the campaign invites every women irrespective of their marriage or social status to join the tradition of Shindoor Khela ( where Bengali married women in India smear each other with vermilion to celebrate) thus affirming #NoConditionsApply.
