International design agency CBA has created the graphic identity and name for the largest enclosed venue in Europe – the U Arena in Paris, which will launch this week on 19 October. CBA named the venue after its distinctive architecture, which has also inspired the identity design.

The venue will host the world’s largest music acts, athletics, conferences and international premieres and be the residence of Paris rugby team, Racing 92. With this rich variety of events in mind, CBA has created an adaptable brand identity that can change to suit the occasion being hosted at the venue. The logo can be expressed in 11 different colours variants, expressing the multiplicity of activities on offer and communicating the vibrancy of the venue.
