Idealist, one of the most popular online resource for the non-profit sector, has launched the world’s first ChatBot for good.

People want to do good. They want to give. They want to help. The problem is, they just don’t always know where to begin. So BBDO New York partnered with Idealist to create Ida, a friendly engaging bot on Facebook Messenger, giving people a whole new way to do good, quickly and easily. By providing simple information like your passions, location and how you want to help, Ida matches consumers with charities tailored to their interests.

The launch of the bot is supported by three online films, which serve to illustrate that in a world where life can get in the way of doing good, Ida serves as a tool to help you stay focused and so you can act immediately.
