Warranty Administrator in a Ford Truck Centre - I had to ensure that any work carried out on trucks under the terms of the manufacturers warranty was correctly claimed and the right levels of revenue obtained. It was a very challenging role.

Hoss - after Hoss Cartwright in the TV programme at the time called Bonanza - an American Western which was about the Cartwright Family!

What would be your specialist subject on Mastermind?
Motorcycle Racing in the 70’s/80’s. Barry Sheene was my hero and along with all the racing that took place at the time I particularly enjoyed the annual Transatlantic Trophy series where we showed the Americans how to ride on our short circuits.

What is the worst job you have ever had?
Whilst I was in the Army I had to act the part of Rose Lawless a coal merchants wife. This was a mock village community used at a Army training establishment to help troops prepare for deployment to Northern Ireland.

Volkswagen UK as Aftersales Project Manager. I implemented and rolled out a Predictive Marketing solution for the Volkswagen network and developed enhancements to support the retail network to retain customers and improve profitability.
